LA  INFORMACION AQUI DESCRITA EN ESPAÑOL APLICA PARA TODA TRANSACCION CON STONEART MEXICO GRANITOS Y MARMOLES SA DE CV.  ("STONEART") EN MEXICO Y BAJO LAS LEYES APLICABLES DE ESTE PAIS.

Lo siguiente contiene los términos y condiciones que aplican para todos los clientes en compras hechas a Stoneart México Granitos y Mármoles SA de CV.
El cliente acepta pagar y acepta este acuerdo aquí escrito como el aplicable para todas las compras y transacciones hechas con Stoneart.
Todos los términos y condiciones descritos en esta página Web aplican a menos que :
exista otro documento, acuerdo-cotización, recibo o factura que por escrito exprese algo contrario, en este caso el documento que se menciona será el aplicable.

Los términos y condiciones aquí expresados son sujetos a cambio sin previo aviso en cualquier momento. Los cambios posibles y de esperarse son por condiciones de ajustes que aportan mayor seguridad en cualquier transacción tanto al cliente como a Stoneart.

1 - POLITICA DE RESPONSABILIDAD TRABAJOS TERMINADOS-INSTALADOS.

1.1 - COMPROMISO DE STONEART PARA TRABAJOS A REALIZAR.
- Se considera un compromiso de Stoneart un trabajo que ha sido pactado o negociado bajo comunicación verbal telefónica, comunicación por medios electrónicos, incluidos pero no limitados a, correos electrónicos o mensajes de texto, siempre y cuando Stoneart haya emitido por escrito un acuerdo-cotización expresando las condiciones y términos aplicables y se haya recibido el anticipo ahi pactado.

1.2 - SOBRE LA CALIDAD GARANTIZADA EN NUESTROS TRABAJOS INSTALADOS-TERMINADOS.
- Nuestro servicio de mano de obra esta garantizado 100%
- Stoneart garantiza asesoría y respaldo profesional en caso de existir cualquier situación que por las condiciones del trabajo o naturaleza de las piedras no pudiera ejectuarse de manera segura y favorable, o que implicase un riesgo en los intereses del cliente, o que en cualquier caso comprometiera la calidad del trabajo.
- Stoneart garantiza la satisfacción total del cliente en todo lo referente a la calidad del servicio, pericia en su desarrollo, conocimiento absoluto en el manejo de herramientas y materiales así como su adecuada aplicación y uso.
- Después de entregado el trabajo garantizamos la durabilidad de los materiales y la instalación por 2 años libre de mantenimiento en interiores y 1 año en exteriores. Después de esto sugermios un apropiado y regular mantenimiento para evitar el desgaste o deterioro normal (y de esperarse) en la superficie brillada.
- Stoneart reparará, remplazará o hará los ajustes pertinentes en caso de encontrarse errores, defectos o imperfecciones adjudicables al proceso de corte, transformación, pulido y acabdo de las piezas o en la instalación de las mismas.
- Las garantías no aplican bajo los siguiente eventos, incluídos pero no limitados a:
- Materiales sometidos o expuestos a uso inapropiado.
- Desprendimientos o despostillamientos causados por golpes o impactos.
- Rayones o marcas por descuido o accidentales.
- Materiales expuestos a derrames de productos o substancias inapropiadas.
- Aplicación intencional o accidental de productos inapropiados para limpieza tales como. quimicos, citricos, abrasivos (entre otros).
- Eventos causados por terceros como caprinteros, plomeros, electricistas y cualquier otra persona que cause cualquier daño a la piedra que ha sido instalada entregada y aceptada por el cliente previamente.
- Stoneart no es responsable por por daños causados en el total o parcial de las piedras instaladas debido a eventos fuera de nuestro control, tales como causas naturales incidentales o accidentales, estrcuturales, defectos o fallas en los muebles, paredes, accesorios y/o cualquier otro objeto que por causa incidental o accidental provocara algún daño directo o indirecto a las piedras.
- En materiales instalados en exterior, la durabilidad de pegamentos y pastas utilizados para uniones y sujeciones especiales, puede presentar deterioro en ciertas condiciones climáticas. Stoneart utiliza los materiales de más alta calidad, sin embargo no es posible garantizar optima durabilidad o tiempos de vida útil.
En casi todos los casos Stoneart utiliza técnicas de instalación que extienden la vida útil de estos "materiales y sus uniones o sujeciones", la implementación de soluciones de refuerzo o acciones especiales son garantizadas por Stoneart y no están incluídas en los precios a menos que se especifique por escrito en un acuerdo-cotización, recibo o factura.
 
1.3 - CONDICIONES DE PAGO Y TIEMPOS DE ENTREGA
-Stoneart no considera como un compromiso formalmente pactado ningún trabajo que no haya sido oficializado con un anticipo de al menos el 60% del total del trabajo o pedido. 
- El 80% del precio total pactado bajo acuerdo-cotización deberá estar cubierto antes de proceder a entrega e instalación de cualquier trabajo.
- El adeudo restante (que no será mayor al 20%) del total pactado en acuerdo-cotización deberá ser cubierto en el momento de la finalización del trabajo - entrega del producto y aceptación del cliente.
- Los tiempos de entrega son 8- 12 días a partir de recibir el anticipo a menos que se acuerden por escrito condiciones diferentes.
- En los casos donde por razones ajenas a nuestro control la instalación no sea posible en los tiempos acordados o habituales, el cliente será reprogramado para instalación a total discrecióm de Stoneart y su calendario de trabajos y compromisos adquiridos. Lo anterior en coordinación con el cliente para optimizar tiempos a convenciencia de ambas partes (cliente y Stoneart).
- Lo anterior aplica para toda transacción con stoneart a menos que se haya acordado otra condición por escrito.
- Todas los acuerdos, cotizaciones, estimados de precio que stoneart emita serán válidos por 20 días a partir de la fecha de emisión del acuerdo-cotización a menos que otra cosa sea acordada por escrito.
- El incumplimiento en por parte de el cliente en las condiciones de pago puede anular cualquier garantía.

2- POLITICA DE RESPONSABILIDAD EN PRODUCTOS (MATERIALES)

2.1 - SOBRE LOS PRODUCTOS EN VENTA Y UTILIZADOS PARA TRABAJOS TERMINADOS.
- Los productos y/o materiales que vendemos son en su mayoría "piedra natural".
- En productos elaborados para recubrimientos, tales como, sin limitarse a ellos (porcelana, cerámica, vidrio) la garantía se traslada al cliente en la exacta medida que el fabricante la especifíca. Esto de describe y detalla en un acuerdo-cotización, recibo o factura, que se entrega al cliente.
- En granitos, mármoles, travertinos (entre otras piedras naturales) no es posible garantizar el comportamiento de reacciones minerales ante agentes ambientales naturales o no naturales, que dan como resultado sus colores, decoloraciones, porosidad,  venas, inscrustaciones irregulares, manchas, variación en intensidades de color, fisuras superficiales o apariencias de texturas ásperas o irregulares (entre otras condiciones).
- Ninguna de las condiciones anteriores, sin limitarnos a solo ellas son consideradas defectos de la piedra natural y no se garantiza su ausencia o presencia.
- Fotos, videos o cualquier otra represenetación gráfica o muestras físicas (incluídas piezas de cualquier tamaño) muestran únicamente las caracetrísticas generales de los materiales y no existe garantía de que "el cliente o comprador" recibirá un material idéntico o igual al previamente visto.

2.2 - SOBRE LA CALIDAD GARANTIZADA EN NUESTROS PRODUCTOS.
- Nuestros materiales están garantizados 100% libres de defectos de manufactura de fábrica.
-  Nuestros materiales han sido inspeccionados, certificados y/o aprobados por los estándares de calidad de Estados Unidos para su comercialización, tanto en proyectos comerciales y residenciales.

2.3 - ENTREGAS DE PEDIDO EN VENTA DE PRODUCTOS Y MATERIALES
- No somos un proveedor de servicios de entrega y transporte de material.
- Stoneart no vende servicios de entrega a menos que sea como un servicio complementario en casos especiales. 
- En estos casos ofrecemos servicios de entregas de material ejectuados por nosotros mismos o por terceras partes bajo nuestra responsabilidad. Las condiciones de garantías que gobiernan en ambos casos son las especificadas en el acuerdo-cotización, recibo o factura y dependen de el tipo de carga, volúmen, tiempos y distancias.
- El manejo, transporte y entrega de materiales vendidos no están incluidos en el precio a menos que exista por escrito en un acuerdo - cotización, recibo o factura emitida por Stoneart México Granitos y Mármoles SA de CV.

2.4 - GARANTIA POR DAÑOS EN MATERIAL AL ENTREGAR
- Para casos de pedidos de fábrica en mayoreo - Todo material que haya sido entregado bajo nuestra responsabilidad debe ser revisado por el cliente en un término no mayor a 48 horas.
- Para casos de material pedido en menudeo (menos de 20 placas) y que son enviados desde la bodega de tucson. El material debe ser inspeccionado y aceptado o rechazado antes de ser entregado y sacado de nuestras instalaciones en Ciudad Obregón o Hermosillo. Materiales que han sido retirados de nuestro poder se consideran aceptados a satisfaccion del cliente y no se aceptan devoluciones ni hacemos ningun tipo de reembolso.
- Necesitamos de esta cooperación para poder reemplazar el material en caso que
haya llegado en malas condiciones o proceder a acreditar la suma económica que corresponda al material dañado, en caso que lo anterior proceda.
- Para honrar cualquier garantía acordada el material debe haber sido asegurado , los costos de seguros son con cargo al cliente a menos que por escrito se haya acordado otra cosa.

2.5 - POLITICA DE DEVOLUCIONES
- En pedidos que vienen de fábrica (desde país de origen) directamente a Stoneart para entrega en México no aceptamos devoluciones, sin embargo tomamos nuestra parte de responsabilidad, las garantías de los materiales solicitados dependen del tipo y calidad y son especificadas por escrito en un acuerdo - cotización, recibo o factura.
- En general, debido a lo costoso de envíos y manejos de este tipo de productos, en caso de existir producto con defecto de fábrica en su manufactura, corte, pulido o calibrado, o en caso de daño producto de un inadecuado manejo o transporte aceptamos acreditar la cantidad económica que proporcionalmente corresponde al material dañado o defectuoso.
Nosotros debemos inspeccionar este material fisicamente y hacer una evaluación detallada para que lo anterior descrito proceda.
En caso de proceder lo anterior, la devolución económica proporcional se hará contra entrega del mismo  material en reclamo y éste debe ser regresdo en su empaque original y en las mismas condiciones en que fue recibido a Stoneart en cualquier de sus ubicaciones, incluyendo las bodegas principal de Bedrosians Tile & Stone en los Estados Unidos.
- En general ningún material se acepta en devolución después de haber sido entregado al cliente y en caso de cualquier cambio en esta política, el material en discusión no debe haber sido manipulado de ninguna forma.

2.6 - CONDICIONES DE PAGO Y TIEMPOS DE ENTREGA.
- Para venta de material que será solicitado en fábrica se solicita un 60% del total cotizado para realizar el pedido.
- El restante 40% será entregado a Stoneart cuando el material en fábrica esté listo para ser embarcado en el puerto de origen.
- Los costos de  transportes, puertos, aduanas, aranceles, impuestos y cualquier otro parte del proceso de importación o traslado, están incluidos en el acuerdo-cotización a menos que por escrito se especifique otra cosa.
- Para venta de material en pedido de fábrica se conidera un mínimo necesario de 6 a 8 semanas para su entrega a menos que por escrito se especifique otra cosa.
- Las condiciones y términos aquí descritos aplican para todo tipo de transacción de compra-venta con Stoneart a menos que otro documento por escrito (acuerdo-cotización, recibo o factura) especifique otra cosa.

DISCLAIMER PRODUCTS 
We sell natural stone products and manufactured by third parties.Marble, Granite, Travertine among others that we offer are natural stone under we make no guarantees as to the behavior of natural and inherit reaction of these stones to agents and elements of any kind.
Photos, samples, videos or any other graphic or physical examples of our products shows only general characteristics of them and in no way we guarantee that products that buyers can receive will be equal to or identical to those previously see or displayed.

DELIVERY SERVICES AND MANAGEMENT OF GOODS
Handling and shipping costs are not including in any price, unless otherwise agreed in writing and under an agreement and contract delivery services.We offer delivery services performed by ourselves and offer delivery services performed by third parties, warranty is provided by the executor and terms and conditions are written under a service delivery agreement and is determined by type of load, volume, time and distance.

SHIPPING DAMAGE - CLAIMS
All packages must be inspected by buyer promptly.
If a damage occur in an order or shipment, we need your cooperation to replace items at no cost and we ask you to inspect your product prior signing any delivery receipt. By signing receipt you're accepting products are in good condition and would void shipping insurance. If you notice any other situation that shows a bad management of goods such as cracks, crushed sides and corners or damage out in the package, please contact us immediately.

RETURN POLICY In orders from factory or special orders we do not accept returns of material, however we take responsibility for the quality of the products we sell. Due to the expensive of the shipping in such cases we accept grant credit for the amount paid as long as the claim is made appropriate and is based on:Orders wrong either in quantity or product. Claim that comes as a result of manufacturing defects such as cut out of size, mismatch, poor calibration. We must inspect the material and determine how much of this comes as a factory defective material prior to replace material or give a credit. Material delivered locally from our stock or from any associate or third party and that for any reason by mutual agreement was not inspected may be returned and money will be refunded as long as Claim comes as a result of our error such as incorrect material or amount. Material must be returned in its original package in good condition, claim is made during the next 3 days after delivery.
Products marked clearly as not returns are not accepted under any reason.

WHOLESALE RETAIL
PRICES We consider retail price any purchase under 400 s.f. Wholesale prices are from 400 and more.
Large orders such as 3,000 s.f. or more may be subject to a order from factory - prior inspection in local storage.
Local pick up is available in Tucson Arizona.

AGREEMEN - TERMS OF SALE
This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to customers for purchases from GTG-SA Design & Build Services, LLC (hereinafter referred to as stoneart st) and the stoneart st entity named on the invoice that will be provided to you (Customer) on orders for products sold. Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts this Agreement as applicable to Customer's purchase of product(s) from stoneart st, and/or the stone art st Website (www.stoneartst.com) or stone art st's ebay store (on www.ebay.com) hereinafter named the Site.
As a condition of sale, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply (i) unless Customer has signed a separate formal purchase Agreement with stoneart st, in which case the separate Agreement shall govern; or (ii) unless other stoneart st standard terms apply to the transaction as noted herein or elsewhere.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in stoneart st sole discretion.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE OF THIS WEBSITE

.1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY Customer's receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify stoneart st acceptance of Customer's order, nor does it constitute confirmation of stoneart st offer to sell.
All orders are accepted in Tucson Arizona, USA. stoneart st reserves the right at any time after receipt of Customer's order to accept or decline Customer's order for any reason including but not limited to lack of availability of products, failure by Customer to satisfy payment terms, and/or breach by Customer of this Agreement.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, stoneart st shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product(s) listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not payment has been remitted.
If payment has been remitted for the purchase and stoneart st cancels Customer's order stoneart st. shall forthwith issue a refund equal to the amount remitted for the unaccepted or cancelled order.

2. PAYMENT TERMS Terms of payment are within stoneart st sole discretion and unless otherwise agreed to by stoneart st, payment must be received or otherwise authorized or secured in a form approved by stoneart st prior to stoneart st acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by wire transfer, electronic funds transfer, PAYPAL or some other prearranged payment method agreed to by stoneart st. Invoices are due and payable by the payment date(s) specified through electronic (including but not limited to e-mail), facsimile (fax) and/or verbal confirmation between stoneart st and the customer.
stoneart st may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon stoneart st until accepted by stoneart st. Any quotations given by stoneart st. will be valid for the next 20 days after quoted is sent or for the period stated on the quotation. stoneart st reserves the right to adjust or cancel quotations as required.

3. SHIPPING stoneart ST does not provide shipping services, we support our customers during the shipping process as part of out services and often we provide a quote obtained from a third party, however shipping must be hired directly by customer. Customer is responsible for all costs of shipping the product(s) to the location specified by Customer. If the Customer decides to return any product the Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling to and from stoneart st. Where applicable, separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on stoneart st invoice(s).  Shipping rates are for standard pick-up and delivery only and do not include any added services or special equipment (see Shipping).
If a shipping rate is quoted at an incorrect rate due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from stoneart st suppliers or sub-contractors, stoneart st shall have the right to refuse, adjust or cancel any orders placed whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not payment has been remitted.
Customer is responsible to inspect freight for shortages or signs of damage upon receipt of goods. All freight, loss, and damage claims must be filed with Stone Art st within three (3) days from the date the shipment was delivered or in the case of lost freight, within five (5) days after a reasonable time for delivery has elapsed (see Claims). stoneart st shall not be liable for special or consequential damages or for any damages arising out of or caused by: (1) Delay, (2) Acts of God or the public enemy, (3) The authority of the law, (4) Strikes, riots or quarantine, (5) The inherent nature or vice of the goods transported.

4. INSURANCE FOR GOODS Customer is responsible for insurance on his goods stoneart  ST refuses to accept any kind of liability for any reason. stoneart ST would be able to provide information about third party's insurance companies in order to provide support to our customers.However Stone Art ST DOES NOT SELL insurance services and it is not responsible for anything related to insurance coverages including but not limited to: quotes, claims, insurance policy and so on.

5. TAXES Customer is responsible for all sales, use, excise, value-added and other charges associated with the order, however designated, including any duties, clearance charges or other destination charges. If applicable, a separate charge for such items will be shown on stoneart st invoice.

6. TITLE, RISK OF LOSS Title to product passes from stoneart st to Customer upon completion of shipment of product to Customer by stoneart st, unless otherwise stated in terms of purchase (e.g. Letter of Credit).
Loss or damage to products that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by stoneart st is stoneart st responsibility up to limit specified by insurer.

7. WARRANTIES THE GOODS SOLD UNDER THIS CONTRACT ARE PURCHASED BY THE BUYER AS IS AND STONEART ST HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS DISCLAIMER BY STONE ART ST IN NO WAY AFFECTS THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, IF ANY.

8. DISCLAIMER THE WARRANTIES SET OUT IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE MANUFACTURER-SPECIFIC WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT(S). STONE ART ST EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. STONE ART ST ALSO DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF TRADE USAGE OR OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. STONE ART ST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT(S) WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR WARRANT THAT EACH DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED. STONE ART ST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ALL PRODUCTS COMPLY WITH SPECIFIC GEOGRAPHICAL COMPLIANCE OR REGULATORY RESTRICTIONS. IT IS CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT USE OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED COMPLIES WITH LOCAL JURISDICTION CODES AND WITH ALL REGIONAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. STON ART ST FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY PATENT/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, WARRANTIES OR INDEMNITIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY LOCKING/CONNECTING SYSTEM(S) USED BY MANUFACTURERS OF LAMINATE, ENGINEERED WOOD, OR OTHER PRODUCTS SOLD BY STONEART ST.

9. LIMITATION ON DAMAGES STONEART ST DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN. STONE ART ST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE OR OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF THEY WERE FORESEEABLE OR IF STONE ART ST WAS ADVISED OF THE POTENTIAL OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, STONEART ST IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE(S) UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION (I.E. WHETHER THE LAWSUIT IS IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE).

10. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY All sales are final. stoneart st monitors product shipments and provides customer assistance in the event of carrier problems or destination errors. For inquiries regarding damaged or defective products, please refer to the warranty that obtains for a specified in the contract/agreement of the sale in question, or contact your stoneart st's sales representative.
Prior to signing for receipt of goods, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product packaging for any indication that damage to the product may have occurred in transit. Failure to do so can void damage claims. For any product that is returned the Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges to and from stoneart st.

11. CURRENCY All references to monetary amounts, including prices, on the stoneart st Website (the Site) and in this Agreement shall be in U.S. currency.

12. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement and any sales there under shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona and the federal laws of the United States of America (the USA) applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
stoneart st and Customer exclude the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods to this Agreement.
The Site can be accessed from all states and territories of the USA, as well as from other countries around the world. 
As each of these jurisdictions has laws that may differ from those of the state of Arizona, by accessing the Site, the user agrees that all matters relating to access to, or use of, the Site, or any other hyperlinked Web site, shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona and the federal laws of the USA applicable therein. The user also agrees and hereby submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the state of Arizona and acknowledges that the user does so voluntarily and is responsible for complying with local laws. 
In the event a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any part of the Terms of Sale is void or is not enforceable then all parties agree that only that part shall be severed and the remaining Terms of Sale shall be valid and enforced.

13. ARBITRATION Any disputes that arise between stoneart st and the Customer will be resolved in accordance to the applicable rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association. 
If the parties involved can not agree on which rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association apply to the transaction, the arbitrator will make the determination.

14. OTHER DOCUMENTS Other than as specifically provided in any separate formal purchase Agreement between Customer and stoneart st, these terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written Agreement signed by both Customer and Stone Art st.

15. TERMS OF USE Your access to, and use of the Site is governed by stoneart st Terms of Use. By using this Site, you signify your acceptance without modification of these Terms of Use. The Terms of Use are subject to change without prior notice at any time, in stoneart st sole discretion so you should frequently review the Terms of Use and applicable policies from time to time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Terms of Use, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
